The EMEA Field Marketing team is responsible for building and executing strategy for customer acquisition and retention. Our focus is on building out solid strategies and developing plans. We work towards having the maximum impact possible on demand, pipeline and revenue growth.

Develop META Marketing Strategy

Leading and overseeing all marketing activities by working cross functionally with the sales and global marketing teams. You will will bridge the gap between local Sales and Global Marketing organisations to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth.

As a Field Marketing Manager you will be responsible for:

• Partnering with the EMEA Field Marketing Director to improve processes, operations and manage key projects.
• Working with internal marketing and sales teams across regions to ensure local business needs are addressed appropriately.
• Analysing the marketing funnel, channel mix and customer segmentation to optimize pipeline generation across different customer segments.
• Building infrastructure to shape demand and an integrated sales funnel for lead generation across named region/countries.
• Leading strategic alignment with Channel Partners, engaging with their executive teams to develop and execute joint co-marketing strategies.
• Directing external agencies and vendors to drive operational excellence with high-ROI and rigorous performance standards.

• Have marketing experience with a tech company/product/service
• Have proven success in managing complex and multi-faceted marketing programs with the ability to willpower projects.
• Have a background in managing direct and channel lead-generation programs and managing country or regional marketing teams
• Have excellent knowledge of digital lead generation tactics, social media and content marketing
• Enjoy being a strategic and analytical thinker and possess substantial business acumen and global awareness
• Be a good team player, able to collaborate, prioritize, and solve problems in a fast changing environment
• Have a proven track record in the META region
