Role Overview

Prezent is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Revenue Operations team, specializing in Order to Cash processes with a primary focus on general operations, field operations and/or financial operations. This role ensures the seamless execution of the end-to-end revenue cycle, from contract negotiation and order processing to invoicing, revenue recognition, and commissions. 

The ideal candidate has 4-7 years of expertise in Deal Desk, general operations, familiarity with revenue operations systems (Salesforce, QuickBooks, and 3rd party supplier systems), a good understanding of financial math, and understanding of Order to Cash processes. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential for success in this role. This position is pivotal in driving operational efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Review and validate customer contracts to ensure compliance with policies, legal standards, and revenue recognition guidelines.
• Support the end-to-end Order to Cash process, including order entry, revenue recognition, and GTM payouts.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of contracts and transactions in revenue operations systems.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce revenue cycle bottlenecks.
• Cross functional team collaboration (Legal, InfoSec AR, Product) capabilities.
• Support quarterly targets to ensure revenue is realized as cash, accurate revenue reporting, and forecasting.
• Customer obsessed - address customer inquiries related to billing, contracts, or payment issues promptly and professionally.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of experience in an operational capacity - revenue, financial, sales, Order To Cash / Deal Desk role.
• Contracts Management: Strong and fluent in English
• RevOps: Understanding of the order-to-cash pipeline.
• Tools: Familiarity with Salesforce, QuickBooks, SAP Ariba, Tungsten, Coupa, Everstage and Candex
• Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Tech, or equivalent.
