FACILITY OUTPATIENT CODING SPECIALIST

Job Details: Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $26.00 - $30.00, Professional Credit | Ensource specializes in accounts receivable management services offering two dedicated service lines: Professional Credit collections, and Ensource, premier provider of domestic, high-quality medical coding and revenue cycle management (RCM) services. What you’ll do: Review hospital OP facility OBS and Ambulatory Surgery medical records and properly code the charts Meet or exceed high quality and productivity standards, to provide exceptional coding services to our clients Communicate and collaborate with inpatient coders and managers to address the dynamic needs of our clients Keep active coding certifications and complete continuing education to maintain expertise What you’ll enjoy: Flexible schedules to balance your work and personal goals Remote working environment with virtual team collaboration Paid time off for both full time and part time employees A benefits plan that is growing with our business, with annual enhancements Competitive compensation and incentive opportunities What you’ll need: Current CCS, RHIA, RHIT through AHIMA or CPC through AAPC coding credentials are required 3 or more years of OBS and  ambulatory surgery facility coding experience Access to high speed internet and workstation.
