Sr. Data Warehouse Architect

We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Warehouse Architect to help drive the evolution of our enterprise data and analytics platform. This role is ideal for a hands-on data professional who combines strong data architecture expertise with a passion for modern cloud technologies, data engineering, and business enablement.

You will play a key role in designing scalable data solutions, modernizing legacy platforms, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. Working closely with business and technical stakeholders, you will help shape our data strategy while establishing best practices in data modeling, data integration, performance optimization, and governance.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex data challenges, mentoring technical teams, and building high-impact analytical solutions using Snowflake and modern data technologies.



Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data warehousing, data engineering, analytics platforms, or related disciplines.
  • Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale data warehouse or analytics solutions.
  • Experience working with cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Databricks, or similar technologies.
  • Experience supporting or participating in data migration and platform modernization initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of analytical data modeling concepts and implementation approaches.
  • Experience working with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and influence architectural decisions.
  • Experience within the insurance industry (preferred).

Key Responsibilities 

  1. Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of enterprise data warehouse and analytics solutions using Snowflake and modern cloud data technologies.
  2. Define and maintain scalable data architecture, data modeling standards (Dimensional Modeling, Data Vault, and related approaches), and integration patterns.
  3. Architect, optimize, and oversee ETL/ELT pipelines to ensure reliable, efficient, and scalable data processing.
  4. Drive data platform modernization, migration initiatives, and continuous improvement of the data ecosystem.
  5. Design solutions that integrate data from multiple business systems, including operational, financial, CRM, and customer-related platforms.
  6. Establish best practices for performance tuning, workload optimization, data quality, governance, and cloud cost management.
  7. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate analytical and reporting requirements into scalable data solutions.
  8. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance to data engineers and analytics teams.
  9. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative approaches that improve analytics capabilities and business outcomes.
  10. Ensure data solutions support enterprise reporting, self-service analytics, and strategic decision-making across the organization.
