AI Summary

The role involves owning performance and projects across various products to shape the company's success. Responsibilities include task exploration, coding, and presenting data insights to non-technical business users.

Our mission is to become the financial and revenue operating system for primary care practices.

We help dental and veterinary clinics manage how money flows into the practice - from patient access, to payments, memberships, financing, insurance, and reporting - in one coherent system.

Rather than treating payments, plans, and finance as separate tools, we combine them into a single operating layer that reflects how practices actually run their business.

There are three structural shifts reshaping primary care right now:

  1. Patient access is moving beyond opening hours. Clinics are under pressure to be available when patients want to engage, not just when the front desk is staffed. Voice and chat interfaces are becoming the new front door to care.

  1. Revenue is becoming structured, not ad-hoc. Memberships, financing, and insurance are increasingly used to smooth cashflow, improve access, and increase predictability — particularly as NHS capacity declines and private care expands.

  1. Practices need better financial insight, not more software. Owners and managers want to understand whether their pricing, plans, and utilisation make economic sense — without becoming analysts or relying on opaque tools.

Today, we support over 6,000 dental practices across the UK. 100 more join our platform every month. Tabeo is the dominant market leader for patient finance and seeks to reinvent memberships next. Beyond payments, we are launching a voice/chat AI solution that complements our existing products.

Tabeo is profitable. We seek to grow revenue by 50-60% per year and exceed £25 million ARR in 2028.

We believe in a remote first approach to work and equip teams with perks and tools so they can thrive. However, we all come together 2x per year for our amazing ‘Team Weeks’. We previously met in Dubai, Lisbon, London and Athens. Next is a surprise!

About the Role

We are seeking a thoughtful and dedicated data analyst to join our team at Tabeo. As a data analyst, you will be key to shaping the success of the company as we continue to grow our product suite and revenues. The role will sit in a 4 person data team covering all products in the business so the work will be varied beyond commercial.

You will be expected to own performance and projects and bring new ideas. Your time will be split between task exploration, coding and presenting. It’s important to be able to discern what is important in the data you have and to explain compellingly to others. We believe that a good analyst automates repeating tasks in order to free up time for the high impact projects.

Requirements

  • Happy and willing to communicate, because data means nothing until it’s put into action

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in maths or science obtained from an accredited and certified institute

  • Extremely comfortable building models in Excel / Google Sheets

  • Strong experience in data extraction and manipulation using SQL

  • Proficiency in building models using statistical tools (e.g., Python, R, SAS, or similar).

  • Able to take ownership and manage projects to the end

  • Experience with git, BigQuery, DBT, Stripe Sigma would all be valuable

  • Experience in lending or payments would be prized

Skills and Specifications

  • Fluent in English

  • Organised, meticulous and great time management

  • Able to communicate complex analysis to non-data savvy business users

  • Ability to deliver on tight deadlines

  • Able to grasp commercial concepts quickly and carry out analysis independently

Flexibility is a must. We work in a fast-paced environment and we are growing very quickly. This means that you may be given additional responsibilities to help out other teams throughout the business.
