Senior Customer Service Quality Analyst

This role will be building, maintaining, and updating processes. Also responsible for staffing reconciliations and creating presentations.

This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

This will be paid on-the-job training and the hours of training will be during normal business hours.  

Primary Responsibilities:

• Capture, analyze, organize, and prioritize business requirements for moderately complex technical projects
• Perform regular audits for system access, compliance and training
• Provide explanations and information to Operations
• Work directly with operational leaders to ensure security and compliance standards are continuously met
• Prepares and presents information to leadership for next steps and decision making
• Build and maintain a backlog / inventory of system and business requirements to quickly react to additional enhancement capacity
• Solid working knowledge of how to execute on project deliverables in a fast - paced environment

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age OR older
• 1+ years of call center OR operations experience in healthcare 
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint)
• Ability to travel up to 10%25 of the time (Domestic) per business need
• Ability to work any of our full-time, 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm from Monday - Friday. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in compliance OR training
• Experience in working directly with senior level business stakeholders
• Experience with US Healthcare and / OR Fintech

Telecommuting Requirements:

• Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
• Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
• Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $29 - $52 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
