About Jamloop

Jamloop is building the next generation of performance-driven advertising for the streaming TV era.

We help brands and agencies turn CTV into a measurable, accountable growth channel, connecting advertising directly to real business outcomes, both online and offline. Our platform combines proprietary bidding, premium direct inventory, and advanced audience targeting to run high-performance CTV campaigns with precision.

We believe streaming TV advertising should do more than build awareness. It should drive business growth.

Jamloop is a lean, high-expectation team operating in a high-growth environment. The opportunity here is real: to build, shape, and scale alongside a company defining the future of performance advertising. Jamloop has also been recognized by Deloitte’s Fast 500, AdExchanger Power Players, and the Stevie Awards for Tech Excellence.

About the role

Jamloop is looking for a hands-on Senior Creative Designer to own and elevate how the company shows up across its most important marketing, sales and customer touchpoints.

We are looking for a storyteller, builder and multidimensional designer who can help establish creative direction and personally create the work.

This is a broad, high-ownership role for an experienced designer who can move comfortably between creative strategy, visual storytelling and day-to-day execution. You will help develop campaign ideas, shape how we visually explain performance CTV and improve the overall quality and consistency of the Jamloop brand.

You will also personally execute the work—from website pages, landing pages, email, advertising and social advertising concepts, and video storyboards to presentations, case studies, research reports, sell sheets, event materials and the everyday production work required to keep a growing company moving.

The right person has operated successfully inside a growing company, understands the pace and ambiguity of an in-house environment and does not need a large team or formal production infrastructure to be effective. You know how to turn an incomplete brief into a clear creative solution, organize the work and get it across the finish line.

You will report to the CMO and partner closely with Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Content, Sales, Client Success, Product and company leadership.

We are open to candidates located in the United States of America.

What you will own

Brand and creative direction

  • Translate Jamloop’s positioning, voice and visual identity into distinctive creative across the customer journey.
  • Maintain and evolve the visual system across typography, imagery, illustration, data visualization, motion, video, presentations and digital experiences.
  • Bring a strong understanding of current visual culture, design trends and digital experiences while avoiding imitation or trend-chasing.
  • Build practical templates, guidelines and asset libraries that allow teams to move faster without compromising quality.
  • Bring a clear creative point of view and confidently explain the thinking behind the work.

Campaigns and digital experiences

  • Develop creative concepts for brand campaigns, product launches, vertical initiatives, customer stories and demand-generation programs.
  • Translate business objectives, audience insights and messaging into ideas that work across paid, owned, social, email, website, events and sales channels.
  • Design website pages, landing pages, email experiences and ongoing enhancements within Jamloop’s Webflow environment.
  • Use narrative visuals, product demonstrations, data, motion and interactive elements to make complex ideas easier to understand.
  • Design with responsiveness, accessibility, usability and conversion in mind.

Content and sales materials

  • Design executive presentations, sales decks, case studies, research reports, guides, product materials and customer-facing collateral.
  • Produce the everyday materials that help Sales and Marketing operate effectively, including sell sheets, one-pagers, presentation updates, templates, charts and asset resizing.
  • Turn complex advertising, measurement, data and product concepts into clear visual stories.
  • Create diagrams, product illustrations, frameworks and data visualizations.
  • Support product and vertical launches with coordinated creative across web, email, presentations, social and sales materials.
  • Deliver complete, accurate and production-ready files.

Video, motion and multimedia

  • Shape video concepts, treatments, scripts, storyboards and visual direction for brand, product, customer and executive content.
  • Create or edit lightweight motion and video content directly when appropriate.
  • Direct and manage outside video, website, animation and production partners for larger assignments.
  • Build repeatable approaches for customer videos, product explainers, social clips, website motion and advertising creative.
  • Use AI-assisted video, imagery, editing, storyboarding and prototyping to improve speed, range and efficiency.

Creative operations

  • Own assignments from brief through final delivery, including requirements, timelines, stakeholder input, revisions and production.
  • Manage multiple workstreams without a dedicated creative producer or project manager.
  • Prioritize requests based on business value, urgency and available capacity.
  • Manage freelancers, agencies and production partners as needed.
  • Create enough process to keep the work organized without building unnecessary bureaucracy.
  • Identify when recurring requests should become templates, systems or self-service tools.

What success looks like

During the first year, this person will:

  • Raise the overall quality and consistency of the Jamloop brand.
  • Establish a scalable creative system across the website, campaigns, presentations, content and sales materials.
  • Improve Jamloop’s ability to tell a clear and compelling visual story.
  • Reduce dependence on agencies for routine design and production.
  • Improve the quality and usability of sales and product-marketing materials.
  • Help Jamloop launch stronger campaigns, products, vertical programs and customer stories.
  • Build a dependable network of freelance and production resources.
  • Introduce practical AI-assisted workflows that improve speed, quality or output.
  • Become a trusted partner who can improve the brief, strengthen the idea and personally deliver the work.

What you bring

  • 7–10 years of experience in brand, marketing, visual or multidisciplinary design.
  • Meaningful in-house experience, ideally within a growing B2B technology, SaaS, media, adtech or martech company.
  • Experience operating as a highly accountable designer within a lean organization.
  • A portfolio showing strong work across websites, campaigns, presentations, content, video, social and sales enablement.
  • Strong visual-design fundamentals and the ability to simplify complex products, data and business concepts.
  • Proficiency in Webflow, Figma, Canva, Google Slides, PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Working capability in motion design, video editing or storyboarding.
  • Strong communication, organization and project-management skills.
  • Attention to detail, comfort with direct feedback and a willingness to personally execute the work.

AI and emerging creative tools

You should already use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Krea, Gamma or similar platforms in your creative workflow.

We are looking for someone who can show how AI improves ideation, imagery, presentations, video, prototyping, versioning or production—and who knows how to move work between tools through final execution in Figma, Canva, Google Slides or PowerPoint.

You should be willing to test new tools, build practical workflows and recognize when AI output is generic, off-brand or inappropriate to use.

Strong advantages

  • Hands-on experience designing and publishing within Webflow.
  • Experience with CTV, streaming video, performance advertising or adtech.
  • Motion, animation, video editing or shoot-direction experience.
  • Experience managing freelancers or external production partners.
  • Familiarity with creative testing, versioning or performance data.
  • Copywriting, headline development or verbal-brand capability.

This role is likely a strong fit if you

  • Are a storyteller and problem-solver, not only a visual designer.
  • Enjoy moving between websites, campaigns, presentations, video and production work.
  • Can take an incomplete brief, identify the real problem and make progress.
  • Are comfortable building within a lean environment without extensive support.
  • Take pride in both high-profile creative and everyday execution.
  • Move quickly without sacrificing judgment, accuracy or quality.

Benefits
  • Fully remote position (geo region inserted for preference)
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k)
  • Flexible paid time off
  • Paid holidays
  • Professional development opportunities
  • Company offsites and team gatherings
  • Opportunity to make a significant impact at a rapidly growing company
Compensation
  • Base salary range: $140,000 - $160,000
