We work with enterprise and industrial clients across energy, industry, wellbeing and regulated environments, supporting initiatives where security, compliance and data protection and responsible use of AI are critical. Our engagements often start with discovery, audits, or UX benchmarking and grow into long‑term development partnerships and dedicated teams.
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to build and grow Unravel’s presence in Germany and the DACH region, with a strong focus on:
Enterprise Security & secure‑by‑design products
AI‑driven design and development
Long‑term, high‑trust enterprise partnerships.
This role is designed for someone who understands how security requirements shape product architecture, design and engineering decisions, and who can turn these constraints into clear business value for German enterprise clients.
You will lead complex, consultative sales processes — from first conversations through discovery and proposal to long‑term partnerships.
Long‑term software AI-driven design, development and product partnerships
Regulated and compliance‑heavy environments
Enterprise Security & secure‑by‑design digital products
Advisory and discovery‑led approach to sales
Market positioning and demand generation
Develop new business opportunities with a focus on enterprise companies, scale-ups and regulated organizations
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Security, IT, Engineering, Product, Architecture and Innovation
Lead end‑to‑end sales processes for complex services, including:
security‑aware product discovery and audits
UX and architecture work
software development and dedicated teams
Position Unravel as a holistic technology partner, not just a delivery vendor
Collaborate closely with Unravel’s product, design and engineering leaders to shape tailored offers
Actively plan and execute market positioning and outbound go‑to‑market activities
Represent Unravel in meetings, workshops and selected industry events in the region
Native or fluent German and professional English
Extensive enterprise business development experience selling complex, high‑value services
Understanding of AI‑driven design & development in enterprise contexts
Credibility with German enterprise clients
Strong background in Enterprise Security (IAM, UEM, UES or Secure Browsing) is a plus
Marketing support (inbound and outbound), pitch decks, case studies, references, etc.
Direct access to product, design and engineering experts
A modern sales toolset (HubSpot, e-mail outreach, supporting tools) to manage pipeline, outreach and long‑term relationships efficiently
High level of independence combined with strong internal support — you focus on building relationships and closing strategic partnerships
High autonomy role in close collaboration with product, design and engineering leaders
Strategic, high‑impact role with real influence on market and positioning
