About the role:

This role is for those who want to have an impact on how appflame’s employer brand is visually represented: the way 500+ teammates, thousands of candidates, and the market see us. It lives in our SMM, merch, internal comms, websites, L&D materials, and every deck that leaves the company.

This is a freelance role with a near full-time workload. There are a lot of tasks, and there will only be more — so we're not looking for someone to occasionally close small design requests, but for an owner of appflame's visual positioning.

You will:

Own appflame's visual positioning end-to-end — work within the existing brand system, develop it further, and keep one consistent visual language across all touchpoints.
Design 360: social media, employer brand campaigns, internal and external communications, websites and landing pages, presentations, L&D materials, email communications.
Take merch and print from concept to production-ready files — with a real understanding of what different production methods require.
Add motion where it works: animated posts, banners, presentation accents.
Turn briefs into ideas, not just layouts — bring your own vision, visual solutions, and creative concepts instead of waiting for a detailed task.
Keep several parallel tasks moving, hit deadlines, and flag risks before they become problems.

We'll have a match if you:

Have 3+ years in Brand Design / Graphic Design.
Work comfortably across 360: SMM, merch, internal and external communications, websites, presentations, L&D materials, and email.
Know the fundamentals cold — typography, composition, grids, color, visual hierarchy — and can tell at a glance when a layout breaks them.
Prepare files for print and merch yourself, with a working understanding of what different production methods demand.
Can animate when a static asset isn't enough (After Effects or similar, basic level is fine).
Use AI tools in your process to kill the routine and buy back time for the creative part.
Bring a strong sense of style and an eye for trends — plus opinions about both.

Will be an advantage:

Experience working with Employer Brand.
Experience designing for IT or product companies.
A portfolio with strong motion or illustration work.
