Designer & Bathroom Design Sales Specialist Work from Home

We are looking for an entrepreneurial **Interior Designer & Sales Specialist** to help our clients design their dream bathrooms, drive luxury bathroom vanity/cabinet sales, and help build our brand's interior design service program from the ground up. 

This is a flexible, **90% work-from-home role** offering high autonomy, inbound customer interest, and uncapped earning potential.

What You’ll Do:
• Lead virtual design consultations to guide homeowners, remodelers, and trade clients through bathroom layouts, vanity selections, and finish palettes.
• Convert design inquiries into completed cabinet/vanity orders with accurate product specs, quotes, and space planning.
• Help shape and scale our in-house Interior Design Service Program (templates, design packages, consultation workflows).
• Partner with contractors and interior designers to secure repeat trade accounts and commercial specifications.
• Maintain a seamless customer pipeline from initial concept to order placement.

What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of interior design experience with a focus on cabinetry, bath/kitchen, or millwork specification.
• Demonstrated track record in consultative sales—comfortable presenting options, solving layout challenges, and closing orders.
• Proficiency in spatial planning software (SketchUp, CAD, 2020 Design, Chief Architect, or similar).
• Entrepreneurial mindset: excited to build design workflows and client collateral, not just follow an old playbook.
• Strong visual communication skills and a design portfolio or sample project work.
