Our global-scale operations are based on strong internal expertise, analytics, and data research. We have expertise in iGaming operations (sports betting, online casino), digital and affiliate marketing, tech solutions, and data analytics.

We are looking for a Senior BI Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI;

• Review existing reporting solutions, identify limitations, and propose improvements;

• Build and automate reporting for business planning, budgeting, and P&L together with Finance and business stakeholders;

• Gather and clarify business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions;

• Create dashboards and reports for tracking key business and product metrics;

• Automate recurring reporting and reduce manual work;

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reports and dashboards;

• Investigate reporting issues and discrepancies and help identify solutions;

• Own tasks end to end: from understanding the business request to delivering the final result.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI;

• Advanced SQL skills and experience with complex analytical queries;

• Ability to translate business needs into analytical and reporting solutions;

• Experience working with internal stakeholders: requirements gathering, finding solutions, and presenting results;

• Strong analytical and system thinking;

• Proactivity, ownership, and attention to detail;

• Ability to work independently with tasks where there is no ready-made solution or detailed instruction;

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills;

• English level: Pre-Intermediate or higher.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with business planning, budgeting, P&L, or financial models;

• Experience working closely with Finance teams.
