Purpose of Role/Summary:


The Senior BDM will be responsible for driving growth and generating revenue for our company by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and enhancing market presence. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of the financial markets and a proven ability to develop and implement effective business development strategies.

 

Main Activities and Responsibilities:


  • Identify and assess potential partnership and introduce brokers' opportunities for integration into the company.
  • Effectively communicate the company's value, technology, procedures, and partnerships to external stakeholders.
  • Support existing partnerships by consistently delivering excellent service to boost their performance.
  • Stay updated on daily financial market developments and suggest growth strategies to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure top-notch customer service.
  • Expand market reach through strategic partner collaborations with minimal supervision.
  • Travel regularly to establish and maintain partner relationships and organize different types of events.
  • Ensure that business targets meet organizational expectations.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong understanding of financial products, trading platforms, and industry regulations.
  • A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives, with quantifiable achievements preferred. Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with clients.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to identify opportunities and make informed decisions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the FX, CFDs, or financial services industry.

 

Further Info:

  • Working hours are 09:00 – 18:00 Monday - Friday
  • The role is Remote
  • A competitive compensation package will be offered to the successful applicant which includes Commission as per the standard commission policy
