How you’ll make an impact:

This Senior Analyst, Marketing Operations will play a key role in developing and delivering highly personalized, data-driven experiences that bring SiriusXM content to life and drive subscriber engagement and retention. The role combines hands-on expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud with a strong understanding of customer data, lifecycle marketing, and complex journey orchestration. It builds and activates audiences, develops automated customer journeys, and translates complex business requirements and customer data into relevant, scalable experiences across channels.

What you’ll do:

  • Audience Development & Segmentation: Build and maintain sophisticated audiences and segmentation in Salesforce Data Cloud to support lifecycle, engagement, billing, retention, and other use cases. Validate audience counts, customer attributes, eligibility criteria, and activation readiness prior to deployment.
  • Campaign Execution & Delivery: Support and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across Direct Mail, Email, In-Vehicle Messaging, and Paid Media ensuring on-time delivery, accuracy, and alignment with business goals.
  • Automation & Journey Building: You’ll design and manage journeys including decision splits, and complex logic, and multi-channel experiences.
  • Quality Assurance & Post-Launch Monitoring: Validate audience eligibility, personalization logic, and journey functionality through comprehensive QA before deployment Monitor journey performance and proactively troubleshoot automation failures or data issues
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with marketing teams and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into automated solutions.
  • Project Coordination: Help define dates, support the management of project timelines, and coordinate with stakeholders to keep initiatives on track.
  • Operational Excellence: Document technical requirements, audience and journey logic, campaign configurations, and deployment processes. Follow established governance, naming conventions, QA, and change management practices while identifying opportunities to improve and automate existing processes.

What you’ll need:

  • Typically requires 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and SQL
  • 1+ years of experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (or another enterprise CDP), including audience creation and activation
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large relational datasets
  • Experience building customer segments, lifecycle campaigns, and personalized marketing experiences
  • Understanding of customer identity resolution, data modeling, and audience governance
  • Experience troubleshooting complex marketing automation and data integration issues
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Salesforce Data Cloud certifications are a plus
  • Hands-on experience developing customer segmentation, supporting lifecycle marketing, and leveraging data to drive personalization
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work across complex systems and dependencies
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with automation and/or AI tools such as chatGPT, Gemini, etc.
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Skills:

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Expertise - Hands-on experience designing and building complex, data-driven customer journeys and communications in SFMC. Including audience segmentation, development of complex SQL, journey orchestration, personalization, testing, QA, and troubleshooting.
  • Customer Data Expertise - Ability to understand and work with complex subscriber, account, product, payment, and billing data, translating business rules and customer states into accurate audience and experience logic.
  • Analytical Problem Solving & Executional Rigor - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to validate complex logic, identify data or execution issues, assess performance, and ensure high accuracy for business-critical customer communications.
  • SQL & Relation Data Expertise - Strong SQL skills with demonstrated ability to query, validate, and troubleshoot large, complex relational datasets to support segmentation, personalization, and campaign execution.
  • Technical Requirements Translation - Ability to translate complex marketing, legal, and business requirements into scalable audience logic, data requirements, automation workflows, and technical solutions across Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $69,900 to $115,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
