3. Project Governance: Prioritise the incoming pipeline of requests. It will be up to you to delegate incoming work to the team (including yourself) effectively. That means tactfully assigning work to individuals and managing the schedules of analysts, as well as of the larger department.

  • Build and update the Department Schedule, keeping an overview of all projects and the pertinent details.
  • Build and update analyst schedules, delegating work effectively, and protecting analysts.
  • Effectively monitor the capacity of the team and communicate any needs or concerns to the Department Lead.

4. Quality Assurance: Set the "gold standard" for reporting. Ensure all dashboards and presentations are visually intuitive, error-free, and actionable.

  • You will become the main point of Quality Control. Conduct QCs as necessary.
  • Monitor the team’s needs for refreshers, up-skilling, and training as necessary.
  • Crisis Management

5. Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the current data workflow and implement better tools or standardised templates to increase team efficiency. Keep an eye on the larger industry and innovation opportunities.

6. Onboarding & Recruitment: Support the Department Lead with recruitment as well as the Onboarding of new analysts.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics and account management within an agency or SaaS environment.
