Senior Affiliate Manager

In this role, you will:

• Develop, manage and grow the affiliate programme across key markets to drive acquisition and lifetime value;

• Recruit, onboard and maintain relationships with affiliates, influencers and partner networks;

• Negotiate commercial terms and campaign structures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements;

• Build, deliver and optimise performance marketing campaigns with a focus on ROI, CPA and retention metrics;

• Monitor affiliate performance and provide timely reporting, insights and recommendations to stakeholders;

• Collaborate with product, CRM and creative teams to produce high-converting assets and promotional materials for partners;

• Manage tracking, payments and billing for affiliates, ensuring accuracy and transparency;

• Identify new growth channels and testing opportunities, staying up to date with industry trends and competitor activity;

• Maintain clear documentation of partner agreements, campaign briefs and performance results;

• Represent the company at industry events and build a network of high-quality partners to expand reach.

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in affiliate or performance marketing, preferably within iGaming, sportsbook or casino;

• Strong understanding of affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., HasOffers, Commission Junction, Income Access or similar);

• Proven ability to negotiate commercial deals and manage partner relationships to achieve targets;

• Data-driven with experience working with analytics tools (Google Analytics, BI tools) and comfortable with KPI reporting;

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus;

• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple partners and campaigns simultaneously;

• Basic understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to affiliate marketing;

• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
