Who we are
Decisionly is the AI-powered dispute automation solution for card issuers, eliminating cost and enabling compliant, scalable card operations. Decisionly automates complex manual workflows end-to-end, modernizing payment infrastructure and generating unique first-party fraud insights for fintechs, processors and banks.
Our founding team has a strong track record and unique founder-market fit. We founded Chargehound (backed by Y Combinator, Khosla), the first automated dispute solution for merchants like Airbnb, Uber and Doordash. PayPal acquired Chargehound in 2021 for $XXXM.
Decisionly is growing rapidly and is backed by Fika Ventures, Vesey Ventures, Dash Fund, and angels from top fintechs including Stripe and Plaid. We are a remote company.
As an early hire, you'll play a critical role in accelerating our growth.
The role
We're looking for a high-agency enterprise seller who can own the full sales motion from first contact to close. As an early sales hire, you'll work directly with the founder to refine our go-to-market playbook, land enterprise accounts, and build the future of sales at Decisionly. This is a rare opportunity to own a category-defining sales role in a market you'll help shape.
What You'll Do
Own the full sales cycle — outbound, discovery, demos, procurement, and close — into banks and large fintechs
Build and expand a pipeline of enterprise accounts, leveraging existing customer proof points and momentum
Develop deep relationships with decision-makers across operations, product, compliance, and the C-suite
Partner with the founder to refine positioning and go-to-market strategy as we continue to scale
Represent Decisionly at industry events and conferences
Contribute to sales collateral, case studies, and customer-facing materials
Who You Are
5+ years of enterprise sales or strategic accounts experience, ideally selling into banks or fintechs
Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals — you can point to logos and numbers
Comfortable navigating long sales cycles with procurement, legal, compliance, and technical stakeholders
Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity — you don't wait for a playbook, you write it
Strong communicator who can translate technical product value into business outcomes
Familiarity with payments, card operations, or financial services infrastructure is a plus. You should be able to speak credibly to operations and risk leaders
Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup is a strong plus
