The Senior Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and converting group, TMC, and leisure wholesale business opportunities. They will serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, building strong relationships and executing strategies to ensure long-term growth and client loyalty.

Account Manager who thrives in a multi-account environment for their Auckland,
New Zealand location.
This role focuses primarily on group business (80%),
with additional responsibility for TMC and leisure wholesale accounts (20%).
The Account Manager is responsible for driving
revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and converting domestic and international
group business opportunities.
Success in this position requires building strong
client and partner relationships, generating qualified leads, and collaborating
with sales and operations teams to convert opportunities into confirmed
business.

What You'll Do
Account Management
- Serve
as the primary contact for assigned accounts, building strong client,
partner, and key decision-maker relationships
- Maintain
regular communication to understand client needs and identify new business
opportunities
- Position
the organization's portfolio as the preferred hospitality partner through
exceptional service, product expertise, and account support
- Drive
revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and developing group, TMC, and
leisure wholesale business opportunities
- Identify
upselling, cross-selling, and market expansion opportunities within
existing accounts
- Generate
qualified leads through prospecting, sales calls, networking, and industry
events
- Execute
account strategies aligned with client objectives and market priorities
- Manage
contract renewals and retention strategies to support long-term account
growth and client loyalty
- Resolve
client concerns promptly while maintaining high levels of customer
satisfaction
- Monitor
market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth
opportunities
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain
accurate Salesforce records, CRM data, forecasts, and reports in
compliance with company standards
- Maintain
an up-to-date Outlook calendar for meetings, sales calls, events, and
travel
- Manage
expenses and submit required documentation on time
- Participate
in meetings, conference calls, and internal forums professionally
- Collaborate
with internal teams to support account, territory, and business objectives
- Comply
with company sales standards, policies, and governance requirements
Analytical & Commercial Responsibilities
- Analyze
account performance to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for
improvement
- Monitor
account and market performance using Salesforce and reporting tools
- Evaluate
performance using commercial, revenue, and contribution metrics
- Refine
account strategies based on performance, client feedback, and market
trends
- Prepare
and present performance updates, insights, and recommendations to
stakeholders
Additional Responsibilities
- Maintain
a professional appearance and vehicle that reflect company standards
- Properly
use, maintain, and securely store company-issued equipment and sales
materials
- Work
independently in a field-based role while collaborating with regional
leadership (Regional HQs in Singapore)
What We're Looking For
- 3–5
years of experience in hospitality, travel, account management, or
business development
- Experience
with group, TMC, and leisure wholesale business preferred
- Proven
ability to generate, manage, and convert sales opportunities across
multiple market segments
- Strong
sales, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent
verbal and written English communication skills with a professional
demeanor
- Self-motivated,
results-oriented, accountable
- Strong
analytical, organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Proficient
in Microsoft Office, Teams, WebEx, Zoom, and Salesforce or similar CRM
systems
- Experience
in the New Zealand market with established customer relationships
preferred
- Ability
to work independently in a remote, field-based role with flexible hours as
needed
