Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Account Leadership
•    Own and manage a high-value strategic QSR account, ensuring long-term partnership success
•    Develop and execute account strategies aligned with customer business goals
•    Serve as the primary senior point of contact, building trusted executive-level relationships

Revenue Growth & Business Development
•    Drive revenue expansion through upselling, cross-selling, and new solution adoption
•    Identify growth opportunities and lead commercial negotiations and contract renewals
•    Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management

Customer Relationship Management
•    Build strong relationships across multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives
•    Ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and advocacy
•    Proactively manage risks, escalations, and complex stakeholder dynamics

Cross-Functional Collaboration
•    Partner with internal teams (Customer Operational Leads, Support, Operations) to deliver integrated solutions
•    Advocate for customer needs internally to influence product roadmap and service delivery
•    Lead account governance, including regular business reviews and performance tracking
Industry & Market Expertise
•    Leverage deep understanding of the QSR ecosystem, including digital transformation, POS, payments, and customer experience trends
•    Provide insights and strategic guidance to customers based on market trends

Qualifications & Experience
•    Minimum 10 years of experience in account management, key account management, or enterprise sales
•    Proven experience managing large, complex, multi-stakeholder accounts
•    Strong background in QSR hospitality or adjacent industries
•    Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing P&L responsibility
•    Experience working with enterprise-level clients and long sales cycles
