Seismic Business Analyst

Hands-on experience with Seismic Sales Enablement Platform, including content management, LiveDocs, content governance, user permissions, and integrations.

Experience gathering and documenting business requirements for Seismic, Salesforce CRM, and related business applications such as Marketo. 
•  Domain knowledge in Private Equity or Financial Services is desired. 
•  Project management and status reporting experience required. 
•  Work with business sponsors and product owners to prioritize functionality build and communicate those priorities with development teams. 
•  Work with analysts, project managers, and scrum masters from other lanes to coordinate changes that impact cross-system processes and integrations. 
•  Provide process support to help simplify and standardize business processes. 
•  Familiarity with agile project management practices, ceremonies, and conventions. 
•  Experience analyzing Seismic platform usage, adoption metrics, content performance, and providing recommendations to improve user engagement and business value. 
•  Partner with Sales, Marketing, Compliance, IT, and Operations teams to define Seismic content taxonomy, metadata, workflows, approval processes, and governance standards. 
•  Create and maintain business requirement documents, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, test cases, and functional specification documents for Seismic enhancements. 
•  Support UAT planning and execution, including test case preparation, defect tracking, issue resolution, release validation, and coordination with business stakeholders. 
•  Assist with Seismic platform enhancements, integrations, reporting, content migration, user training, change management, and post-production support activities.
