We are seeking a driven and relationship‑focused Security Account Executive to join Endurance IT Services. This full‑time role is ideal for a sales professional with experience in managed services, physical security, or access control solutions who thrives on building trust, opening new doors, and closing business.
As a key contributor to our growth, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities while expanding Endurance IT’s presence across commercial, public sector, and enterprise clients.
Employment Type: Full‑Time
Location: Remote (with field work) - Headquarters in Ashville, VA 
Territory: Virginia (Northern, Eastern, or Western based on assignment)
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth and expand market presence within an assigned territory.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities related to security, access control, and managed IT services.
  • Build and maintain strong, executive‑level relationships across industries, community organizations, and strategic partners.
  • Proactively develop and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Accurately forecast sales opportunities and manage activities to meet or exceed targets.
  • Conduct regular onsite and virtual meetings with prospects and clients.
  • Perform discovery sessions and site walkthroughs to understand customer needs and security challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering, project, and operations teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
  • Represent Endurance IT as a trusted advisor and solutions partner.
  • Participate in networking events, industry functions, training sessions, and trade shows as needed.
Qualifications
  • Proven success building relationships through networking, referrals, and partnerships.
  • Experience selling B2B technology, managed services, security, or access control solutions.
  • Strong understanding of customer pain points and ability to translate needs into solutions.
  • Comfortable managing a full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
  • Results‑driven, accountable, and motivated to achieve performance goals.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, performance‑oriented environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
