As a Seasonal Recruitment Specialist, you'll engage with candidates to assist in their recruitment process. Your responsibilities could include conducting phone interviews and/ or providing candidate support through activities like outbound calls, chat interactions, onboarding, managing shared inboxes, and handling various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities: 
  • Conduct outbound phone screenings with potential candidates in a respectful, professional, and friendly manner.
  • Engage in candidate care activities, including outbound calls, chat support, and monitoring shared inboxes.
  • Assist candidates throughout the onboarding process.
  • Execute background administration and monitoring.
  • Accurately update candidate responses in our applicant tracking system.
  • Extend verbal employment offers to qualified candidates.
  • Assist with additional duties as needed.

Qualifications: 
  • Proven interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Dependability and professionalism
  • Ability to work under minimal guidance while delivering trackable results
  • Extreme ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task and problem-solve with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent computer skills specifically with experience with MS Office Products 
  • Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems concurrently
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks 
  • A quiet work environment in your home, free from distractions
  • A home computer (desktop, laptop) with a good internet connection
  • A personal mobile phone
