As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in shaping our workforce by implementing effective talent acquisition strategies. Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and expectations.

  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilize data-driven metrics to measure recruitment effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions relevant to talent acquisition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment partners and organizations.


Requirements



  • Extensive experience with hiring in the India market - including but not limited to experience in technology and sales recruiting within India 
  • Lives in India
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting roles.
  • Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with various stakeholders within the organization.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.
