Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm GMT with an hour unpaid break

Responsibilities:

To deal with external emails on a day to day basis
To support the team to maintain accurate, timely and legible records
To answer/deal with bookings, and after sales enquiries , via the telephone and e-mails.
To manage engineer diaries and appointments.
To adhere to the local and national Health and Safety regulations
To assist in the administration process associated with service audits (specific to organisations Policies and Procedures agreement role as appropriate)

Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills with professional phone manner
Experience in customer service or appointment scheduling roles
Ability to handle sensitive conversations regarding property access
Strong organizational skills for managing multiple appointment schedules
Understanding of UK rental property regulations and tenant rights preferred
Patience and diplomacy when coordinating between multiple parties
