About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Schedule Auditor to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring staffing schedules, time clock records, and reporting are accurate across multiple healthcare facilities.

You will compare reports from different systems, identify discrepancies, and help maintain accurate staffing data that supports daily operations. While this position is not client or facility-facing, you will work closely with our corporate team to ensure reports are completed accurately and on time.

No prior experience with our systems is required—we will provide full training. What matters most is strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow processes consistently.

Responsibilities

  • Pull daily staffing and timekeeping reports from multiple systems.

  • Perform the daily Clock Ladder Review by comparing staffing schedules against time clock records.

  • Identify employees who:

    • Are scheduled but did not clock in.

    • Clocked in but do not appear on the schedule.

    • Appear in one system but not the other.

  • Review the daily staffing ladder report to ensure staffing counts and hours are accurate before the daily deadline.

  • Ensure the ladder report is completed and submitted by 1:00 PM each day.

  • Investigate and report discrepancies to the corporate team.

  • Maintain accurate records of findings and follow established review procedures.

  • Support staffing data accuracy across approximately 21 healthcare facilities.

  • Communicate professionally with internal corporate staff regarding questions or discrepancies.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional attention to detail.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and multiple software systems.

  • Able to compare reports and identify inconsistencies quickly.

  • Organized with excellent time management skills.

  • Reliable and able to meet daily deadlines.

  • Strong written communication skills.

  • Experience with scheduling or timekeeping systems is a plus, but not required.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, catches small mistakes that others miss, and takes pride in producing accurate work. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys behind-the-scenes operational work. Full training will be provided.
