As a Satisfaction Research Associate, you’ll conduct phone surveys with home care recipients, their families, and caregivers, accurately documenting their feedback so providers can improve the quality of care and the experience of their employees.

What You’ll Do
Conduct phone surveys with home care recipients, family members, and caregivers across the country
Accurately document responses while actively listening and engaging in conversation
Maintain a professional, friendly, and empathetic tone on every call
Follow survey scripts, quality standards, and data accuracy guidelines
Ensure feedback is properly captured and delivered to home care providers
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
Skills Needed
Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED
Prior customer service or call center experience preferred but not required
Ability to type 40 words per minute
Strong communication and active listening skills
Comfortable having conversations over the phone for extended periods
Reliable attendance and time management skills
Ability to complete and pass required training
