About the role:

As a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will be responsible for the implementation and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions with the aim of improving our customers' HR processes. You will also act as a contact person between customers, product management and application management.

Which tasks can you expect?

• Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions with expertise in the talent modules

• Guide clients on SAP best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR technologies.

• Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality

• Design and configure a SuccessFactors systems based on HR best practice ensure successful implementations

• Facilitate workshop, training sessions of client’s key users.

• Ensure effective transfer knowledge to the customer and application maintenance team for ongoing support.

• Collaborate with colleagues in SD Worx’s international Cloud Business Line to share knowledge and drive innovation

What do you have to offer?

• Experience working as a SAP Consultant or SAP Key User in SuccessFactors

• Polish and English proficiency enabling fluent communication (minimum B2 level)

• Knowledge of HR business processes

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team

• Openness and proactiveness

• Programming skills in any programming language (xml, SQL) - nice to have
