We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Billing & Project Setup Specialist to strengthen our Group Order Management function during the transition to SAP S/4HANA Project Operations. The role is operational and process-driven, focusing on project setup, billing execution and data integrity. This is not a project management role and not an IT or SAP consulting position. The position plays a key role in ensuring reliable revenue realization and acts as a bridge between legacy processes and the S/4HANA Project Operations environment.
The salary for this position ranges from PLN 14 500 to PLN 16 000, depending on the candidate’s relevant experience, skill set, level of expertise and overall fit for the role. Additional factors such as industry background, technical competencies and interview performance may also influence the final offer. The compensation package at Simon-Kucher CBS consists of a gross base salary, a monthly remote work allowance and an annual bonus. The bonus is paid in December and is based on the results of a 360-degree performance evaluation.

- Own end-to-end operational execution of project and order setup in S/4HANA Project Operations.
- Create, maintain and validate project structures, orders and billing-relevant data.
- Prepare, execute and monitor billing and invoicing activities.
- Ensure data completeness, accuracy and traceability to support compliant financial reporting.
- Act as a central operational contact for project/order-related topics.
- Consolidate, structure and pre-assess operational questions before escalation.
- Participate in testing activities (integration tests, UAT).
- Support the connection between legacy processes and the S/4HANA setup.
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Project Operations (cloud).
- Strong communication skills with business-fluent proficiency in English.
- Solid understanding of project-based order-to-cash and billing processes.
- Several years of experience in project operations, order management, billing or project accounting.
- Experience working in transition or transformation environments.
- Structured, reliable and detail-oriented working style.
- Experience in an S/4HANA implementation or rollout is a strong advantage
