SAP PM/EAM Solution Architect

We're seeking an experienced SAP PM/EAM Solution Architect to support a DoD customer in designing and delivering enterprise asset management and maintenance solutions within an SAP S/4HANA environment. This is a highly visible, client-facing role where you'll serve as the subject matter expert for SAP Plant Maintenance and Enterprise Asset Management, leading solution design, architecture discussions, and implementation strategy.

What We're Looking For

• Active Secret Clearance
• 8+ years of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and/or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) experience
• Strong SAP S/4HANA implementation background, including architecture and solution design responsibilities
• Deep expertise with:
  • Functional Locations
  • Equipment Master Data
  • Maintenance BOMs
  • Task Lists
  • Maintenance Strategies and Plans
  • Notifications
  • Work Order Management
• Experience integrating SAP PM with:
  • Materials Management (MM)
  • Finance & Controlling (FI/CO)
  • Quality Management (QM)
  • Procurement
  • Inventory Management
• Ability to lead client workshops, facilitate solution discussions, and provide strategic guidance to stakeholders and project teams
• Comfortable serving as the lead PM/EAM SME while remaining willing to be occasionally hands-on when needed

Preferred Experience

• Department of Defense (DoD), federal government, defense contractor, aerospace, manufacturing, logistics, or other asset-intensive environments
• SAP PM/EAM modernization or migration projects
• SAP Fiori maintenance applications
• Predictive or condition-based maintenance solutions
• Prior consulting or systems integration experience

Travel

• Up to 75% travel during the initial phase of the engagement, decreasing after the first few months.

This opportunity is ideal for a senior SAP PM/EAM professional who enjoys working directly with clients, influencing enterprise asset management strategy, and leading the design of scalable SAP maintenance solutions.

This is a Contract position based out of Neptune Beach, FL.

The pay range for this position is $125.00 - $147.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
