The consultant will analyze and document existing business processes while designing and configuring SAP IS-U billing master data. They will also collaborate with technical teams to support billing processes, testing, and issue resolution.
CTG is seeking to fill a SAP IS-U Billing Consultant – Energy & Utilities position for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months
Duties:
Analyze and document existing business processes related to SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing, including As-Is analysis.
Gather business requirements and develop Business Blueprint documentation for business approval.
Perform client-specific SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing configuration.
Design and configure billing master data, including Rate Categories, Schemas, Rates, Prices, and Variant Programs.
Support billing and invoicing processes across multiple customer categories.
Prepare functional and configuration documentation.
Collaborate with business and technical teams on requirements, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience:
Hands-on SAP IS-U Billing & Invoicing implementation and/or support experience.
Experience working with Energy & Utilities clients and complex billing environments.
Proven experience translating business requirements into SAP IS-U solutions.
Experience supporting end-to-end testing and resolving functional issues.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and relevant SAP IS-U experience may be considered.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $65.00 to $70.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
