KATBOTZ LLC is seeking an experienced SAP Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of SAP GROW (SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition) implementation programs for global clients. This role is responsible for ensuring delivery excellence, managing cross-functional teams, driving customer satisfaction, and overseeing project execution from planning through go-live and hypercare.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on delivery leader with deep SAP implementation experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring quality, budget, and timeline commitments are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP GROW and SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementation projects.

  • Manage project managers, solution architects, functional consultants, technical consultants, and partner resources.

  • Establish delivery governance, project controls, and quality assurance processes.

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Drive Fit-to-Standard workshops and promote SAP best practices and Clean Core principles.

  • Monitor project health, resource utilization, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple engagements.

  • Act as the primary escalation point for delivery-related issues and client concerns.

  • Conduct executive-level status reviews, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder communications.

  • Collaborate with sales and presales teams during project transitions and solution planning.

  • Support resource forecasting, staffing, capacity planning, and delivery optimization initiatives.

  • Ensure successful cutover, go-live, hypercare, and transition-to-support activities.

  • Drive customer satisfaction, project profitability, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.

  • 10+ years of SAP implementation and delivery experience.

  • 5+ years managing SAP programs, projects, or delivery organizations.

  • Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition projects.

  • Strong understanding of SAP GROW implementation methodology and SAP Activate.

  • Experience managing global and distributed project teams.

  • Strong knowledge of ERP business processes including Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales.

  • Excellent client-facing communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP Activate Project Manager Certification.

  • SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Certification.

  • PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications.

  • Experience working with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

  • Consulting or System Integrator delivery leadership experience.
