Own the Salesforce product roadmap and platform strategy, translating business needs into prioritized user stories while coordinating with stakeholders, consultants, and technical teams. StationMD is seeking a Salesforce Product Manager to own and advance our Salesforce ecosystem for a national telehealth organization serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD).
In this role, you will act as the Salesforce Product Owner, driving long-term strategy, roadmap planning, stakeholder alignment, platform optimization, and user support. You will work closely with internal Salesforce leads, business units, executive stakeholders, consultants, data teams, technology leaders, and end users to ensure the Salesforce configuration meets business needs and supports company goals.
The ideal candidate balances high-level strategic vision with hands-on Salesforce administration and technical execution. This role is well suited for someone who can translate complex business needs into actionable user stories, strengthen platform adoption, support users, and maximize StationMD’s investment in Salesforce, including Health Cloud.

The successful candidate will be someone who can operate as both a strategic Salesforce product leader and a hands-on platform partner. This individual should be able to understand business priorities, organize complex platform needs, support users, strengthen governance, and follow initiatives through to completion.
