We're looking for a Marketing Cloud Product Owner for a hybrid opportunity based in Indianapolis, IN or Newark, DE. This is a Contract role with the potential to convert into a Perm role. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead customer communication initiatives within Salesforce Marketing Cloud for our client, a leader in the industry. The role involves managing cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and customer-centric marketing solutions through email, SMS, and push channels. Candidates should have extensive Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, Agile product ownership skills, and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. *Salesforce Marketing Cloud Product Owner Responsibilities:* * Own, prioritize, and continuously refine the Salesforce Marketing Cloud product backlog and prioritization activities. * Translate business needs into actionable user stories, features, and acceptance criteria. * Serve as the primary decision-maker at the development team level, connecting engineering, design, marketing, compliance, and business stakeholders to drive aligned, timely delivery. * Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, story acceptance, release planning, and prioritization activities. * Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Developers, Architects, QA resources, and business stakeholders to ensure successful execution. *Salesforce Marketing Cloud Product Owner Qualifications:* * 5+ years of Product Owner, Product Management, Business Analysis, or related experience. * 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. * Demonstrated experience leading Agile delivery teams and managing complex product backlogs. * Strong experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements. * Proven ability to work across business and technical organizations. *Perks and Benefits:* * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. * Life Insurance. * 401(k) Program. * Commuter Benefit. * eLearning and Ongoing Training. * Education Reimbursement.
