We are seeking a Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Specialist to design, customize, and optimize our institutional financial operations platform. The ideal candidate will bridge institutional financial requirements with native Salesforce architecture, configuring advanced customer wealth profiles, relationship matrices, policy frameworks, and strict regulatory compliance controls.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and customize core FSC data models, implementing Person Accounts, Financial Accounts, Assets and Liabilities, and Financial Holdings.
Map complex relational hierarchies using Actionable Relationship Maps (ARC) and Householding models to provide a unified Customer 360 view for advisors and agents.
Build automated operational workflows tailored to financial verticals, including client onboarding, mortgage application pipelines, and policy servicing requests.
Configure Action Plans and Life Events modules to automate high-touch advisor tasks and track critical client milestones dynamically.
Implement strict data governance and regulatory compliance layers, establishing Compliant Data Sharing (CDS) rules to secure sensitive financial records.
Design integration touchpoints between Salesforce FSC and core banking systems, portfolio management tools, insurance engines, or external credit bureaus.
Develop declarative automation scripts via advanced Salesforce Flows while collaborating with programmatic engineers on Apex integrations and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Requirements
4 to 7 years of core Salesforce configuration experience, with 3+ dedicated years actively designing and deploying solutions on the Financial Services Cloud (FSC) platform.
Strong domain knowledge of financial verticals, such as retail banking, wealth management, commercial lending, or insurance structures.
Deep mastery of core platform features (Flows, Security Sharing Architecture, Custom Objects) alongside native FSC objects and data packages.
Prior consulting or enterprise experience implementing FSC across global multi-currency institutional environments with complex legal entity boundaries.
