About the work

Our client is building a library of real-world professional workflow recordings focused on Salesforce.

We are looking for experienced Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Consultants, or Marketing Cloud Specialists who actively use Salesforce as part of their day-to-day professional work.

The goal of this project is to capture realistic workflows showing how Salesforce professionals manage CRM operations in real working environments. This may include lead conversion, pipeline reporting, assignment rules, contact imports, user and data management, and other common Salesforce workflows.

There is no teaching or formal presentation required. You’ll simply record your screen while performing typical Salesforce workflows in an org you currently have access to and narrate what you are doing.

Responsibilities

• Record 4–5 screen captures demonstrating real Salesforce workflows

• Demonstrate lead qualification and conversion workflows

• Create, review, or modify pipeline reports and dashboards

• Configure or manage lead and case assignment rules

• Import and manage contacts, leads, or other CRM data

• Demonstrate common Salesforce administration or CRM workflows

• Navigate Salesforce as you would during normal day-to-day work

• Provide clear audio narration while completing each workflow

• Ensure recordings demonstrate realistic professional Salesforce usage

Example workflows

A recording may demonstrate:

“Review a qualified lead in Salesforce, verify the relevant information, convert the lead into the appropriate account, contact, and opportunity records, and confirm that the records and ownership have been assigned correctly.”

Other recordings may demonstrate creating pipeline reports, configuring assignment rules, importing contacts, managing CRM data, or performing routine Salesforce administration.

Required experience

• Currently working as a Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Consultant, Marketing Cloud Specialist, or similar role

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience

• Actively use Salesforce as part of your current professional role

• Currently have access to a Salesforce org

• Experience with common CRM workflows such as leads, contacts, opportunities, reports, or data management

• Comfortable recording your screen while performing Salesforce workflows

• Able to clearly narrate your actions while completing each task

• Based in India

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform Developer, or Consultant

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud

• Experience configuring reports, dashboards, assignment rules, or automation

• Experience with Salesforce data imports and data management

• Experience customizing or administering Salesforce for enterprise teams
