We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Analytics Developer to transform Salesforce data into accurate, actionable insights for business and leadership teams. This is a hands-on analytics development role focused on building and supporting reporting and analytics solutions directly within the Salesforce ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in CRM Analytics, Salesforce native reporting, SOQL, SAQL, data modelling, Einstein analytics, and Salesforce data quality. You will work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Operations stakeholders to translate business questions into reliable dashboards, datasets, reports, and analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CRM Analytics dashboards, lenses, datasets, recipes, and dataflows.
• Develop and optimize Salesforce native reports, custom report types, dynamic dashboards, filters, and reporting structures.
• Write and optimize SOQL and SAQL queries to support interactive and high-performance analytics.
• Configure and validate Einstein Discovery and Prediction Builder models where predictive insights provide measurable business value.
• Implement formula fields, roll-up summaries, and supporting Salesforce schema changes to ensure reporting accuracy at the source.
• Gather reporting and analytics requirements directly from Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Operations, and leadership stakeholders.
• Define and document metric definitions, calculation logic, data lineage, refresh schedules, and reporting standards.
• Identify and resolve Salesforce data-quality issues including duplicates, inconsistent classifications, ownership gaps, territory issues, and incomplete records.
• Reconcile Salesforce metrics with finance, operational, and other systems of record and investigate variances to root cause.
• Implement appropriate row-level and field-level security across analytics assets in alignment with Salesforce sharing and visibility models.
• Apply data classification, access, and jurisdictional handling requirements to reporting and analytics solutions.
• Manage analytics changes through source control, sandbox testing, documented validation, and controlled production releases.
• Maintain an inventory of analytics assets and identify opportunities to consolidate, improve, or retire redundant reporting.
• Provide tier-2 and tier-3 support for dashboard defects, dataflow failures, reporting issues, and performance problems.
• Enable business users through self-service reporting guidance, training, and documentation.
• Review Salesforce seasonal releases for analytics-impacting changes and regression-test critical reporting assets.
• Partner with enterprise data and BI teams when Salesforce data is integrated into downstream platforms and reporting environments.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 3–5 years of experience building reporting and analytics solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with CRM Analytics / Tableau CRM, including datasets, dashboards, dataflows or recipes, bindings, filters, and interactive analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce native reporting, including custom report types, cross-filters, bucket fields, summary formulas, and dashboard filters.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model and sharing/visibility model, including org-wide defaults, role hierarchy, sharing rules, and field-level security.
• Proficiency in SOQL and SQL, with working knowledge of SAQL or comparable analytics query languages.
• Solid understanding of dimensional data modelling concepts including facts, dimensions, and data grain.
• Strong ability to gather requirements directly from business stakeholders and translate business questions into precise analytical solutions.
• Ability to clearly explain metrics, reporting logic, data-quality issues, and variances to non-technical and executive stakeholders.
• Experience working in controlled development environments involving sandboxes, testing, source control, and scheduled production releases.
• Strong understanding of data quality, reconciliation, governance, security, and reporting accuracy.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or quote-to-cash data structures is an advantage.
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms, Power BI, Fivetran, Boomi, Salesforce APIs, or data integration technologies is desirable.
• Exposure to Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, Salesforce DX, Gearset, Copado, or Git is an advantage.
• Salesforce certifications such as CRM Analytics and Einstein Discovery Consultant, Platform Administrator, Platform App Builder, Data 360 Consultant, or related certifications are desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Analytics, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
