MyHomeGuardian is looking for Sales Team Lead!

Essential Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in SaaS, digital marketing, affiliate marketing, leadgen;

  • 2+ years experience in sales team management with personal active track of sales records;

  • management of teams and individual KPIs, numbers, and analysis of big amount of information;

  • excellent written and spoken English (Advanced level);

  • smart strategic thinking and a systematic approach to solving problems;

  • independence and a proactive approach in work;

  • technical skills in web analytics and experience with CRM and BI systems;

  • experience with B2B outbound sales;

  • research experience.

Responsibilities:

  • build the efficient Sales team for outbound and inbound sales process;

  • achieve the revenue and profit targets according to BP;

  • focus on the outbound В2В sales process. Full cycle from prospecting to contracting the companies in the specified regions and niches;

  • handling inbound inquiries: searching for additional information about the companies, managing CRM database, maintaining corporate online chat, helping to solve sales issues;

  • performing product demos and closing deals;

  • use a variety of instruments (Email, phone, social media) to engage prospects and convert them to customers;

  • managing the relationship with TOP strategic partners and scale cooperation to hit the revenue KPI.

  • analyze the performance analytics of buyers, pubs, and campaigns via Tableau and in-house BI tools
