About Us:

As our Sales Resource Coordinator, you’ll provide organized, proactive administrative and logistical support to sales leadership and our inside and outside sales teams. Your ability to manage calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, support events, and keep important details on track will allow our sales professionals to stay focused on customers and results. This position includes occasional regional travel, including visits to our Indianapolis office based on business needs.

What We’re Looking For:
- Exceptional organization, prioritization, and follow-through while managing multiple calendars, deadlines, and changing priorities.
- A proactive, service-oriented professional who can work independently while supporting a collaborative team.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external contacts.
- Excellent judgment, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- The ability to anticipate needs, solve logistical challenges, and remain composed when plans change.
- Experience with customer relationship management systems is a plus.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage calendars for sales leadership and coordinate meetings across branches and time zones.
- Organize recurring sales meetings, one-on-ones, leadership reviews, training sessions, and sales events.
- Prepare agendas and meeting materials, capture notes and action items, and track follow-up commitments.
- Coordinate venues, catering, audiovisual needs, registrations, tickets, and other event details.
- Arrange flights, lodging, and ground transportation for customer visits, trade shows, and company events.
- Maintain accurate travel itineraries and communicate changes promptly.
- Track tavel and event expenses, gather required documentation, and identify missing information or discrepancies.
- Prepare correspondence, sales presentations, customer meeting materials, and internal review documents.
- Coordinate onboarding schedules, equipment requests, travel, materials, and orientation logistics for new sales hires.
- Partner with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Human Resources, and Information Technology to support Sales team needs.
- Provide professional administrative support to sales leadership and the executive leadership team.
- Protect confidential employee, customer, financial, and business information.
- Travel regionally on occasion as business needs require.

What You’ll Bring:
- Additional education or training in business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- At least three years of administrative experience.
- Experience supporting executive leadership, coordinating meetings and travel, or managing office operations is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
- Experience using a CRM or similar sales platform is preferred.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
- Visual, hearing, and speech acuity.
- Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, and climb stairs.
- Ability to use hands to operate computers and other office equipment.
