As a Sales Marketing Representative, you are essential to bringing Bolton’s brand strategies to life at the point of sale. Through effective merchandising and strategic support of in-store promotions, you enhance brand visibility, engage customers directly, and drive sales growth where it matters most.
How your agenda looks like:
- Manage daily customer relationships and ensure excellent in-store execution across assigned channels and customers;
- Plan and implement promotional and sales activities, including portfolio management and enforcement of central agreements;
- Drive sales performance by achieving assigned targets and commercial objectives within the entrusted area;
- Oversee POS materials and merchandisers’ activities, ensuring proper execution, control, and reporting;
- Conduct market analysis and reporting, monitoring competitors’ activities, consumer trends, customer needs, and overall performance results.
Your team:
You will directly report to our Field Sales Manager and closely with the field sales team members.
What makes you a great fit:
- Work Experience: At least 5 years’ experience as a Sales Representative, with 2+ years in Modern and Traditional Trade channels in the FMCG sector;
- Numerical skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy;
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, along with strong team spirit, proactivity, and initiative;
- Valid Category B driver’s license;
- Good knowledge of English is considered a plus.
