As we continue expanding internationally, we are seeking a Sales Representative based in Argentina to help grow our global manufacturing network and support commercial expansion across North America and Asia-Pacific markets.
Argentina has become a leading hub for international business services, engineering talent, and global client support. Professionals in Argentina are known for their strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and ability to work effectively with international teams.
This role provides an opportunity to leverage those strengths while building relationships with manufacturers, engineering teams, startups, and product companies worldwide.
This is more than a traditional sales role.
You will work directly with company leadership, engage with innovative businesses developing physical products, and help build a global ecosystem connecting product innovators with manufacturing partners.

Conduct onboarding discussions to understand supplier capabilities, materials, certifications, and production capacity
Build long-term relationships with manufacturers across Asia and other international markets
Help expand Trustbridge's global supplier ecosystem
Engage startups, product companies, and engineering teams developing new products
Introduce Trustbridge's engineering and manufacturing solutions
Help customers navigate sourcing challenges and manufacturing decisions
Identify opportunities for engineering services and supplier matchmaking
Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, phone, and virtual meetings
Build trust with technical and business stakeholders
Understand customer manufacturing needs and project requirements
Position Trustbridge as a strategic partner throughout the product development journey
Maintain accurate CRM records
Track opportunities and supplier relationships
Collaborate with leadership on growth initiatives
Share market feedback and business development insights
Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Experience in sales, business development, account management, customer success, recruiting, or client-facing roles
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate confidently with engineers, founders, and business leaders
Experience in manufacturing, industrial services, engineering services, supply chain, procurement, or technology sales
Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production technologies
Experience working with U.S. companies or international clients
Understanding of B2B sales and consultative relationship-building
Additional language skills are a plus
During your first year, you will:
Expand Trustbridge's network of qualified manufacturing suppliers
Generate new opportunities for engineering and manufacturing projects
Develop strong relationships with both manufacturers and product companies
Contribute directly to commercial growth
Help establish Trustbridge as a trusted partner within the global manufacturing ecosystem
Collaborate with manufacturers, engineering teams, and product companies across North America, Asia-Pacific, and other international markets.
Work closely with company leadership in California and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
