JD:
- Answer inbound calls, text messages, emails, and web enquiries from customers
- Quote customers based on internal pricing tools and guidelines
- Organise pickup jobs by liaising with internal dispatch systems or team
- Handle follow-ups, confirmations, and post-job communication
- Build rapport and close deals confidently — we don’t chase, we lead
- Respond to objections and queries with tact and a “no-funny-business” tone
- Record and manage leads and sales activities via CRM (if required)
- Work closely with the Australian team and adapt to the tone and branding of A1 Express Car Removal or CarDeath
Qualification:
- Excellent spoken and written English — must sound confident, clear, and natural
- Previous experience in sales or customer service (phone/email/text)
- Strong quoting and negotiation skills — you know how to close without pushiness
- Attention to detail — every quote and job must be 100% accurate
- High emotional intelligence — can read a situation and adjust tone/style accordingly
- Confident, macho-style communication personality (think sales with flair)
- Proficient with web-based tools like CRMs, JustCall, Podium, etc.
- Availability to work Australian business hours (AEST/AEDT)
