Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth: Identify, engage, and acquire new customers in the logistics and transportation sectors who can benefit from Motion’s fuel card and fleet management solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with key clients to drive satisfaction and ensure they fully utilize the value of our products.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to refine sales strategies and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline of potential clients, tracking interactions, progress, and deal closures.
  • Product Knowledge: Become a subject matter expert on Motion’s fuel card program, effectively communicating the value proposition, fuel discounts, and benefits to prospective clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and customer support teams to align efforts, share client feedback, and continuously improve Motion’s product offering.


Qualifications:

  • Sales Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a sales role, preferably in logistics, transportation, or a related field.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the trucking or logistics industry, with a focus on fuel expenses and fleet management.
