Peoplepath™ is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Recruiter to join our team in the United States. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company’s ongoing growth and strategic objectives. As a Sales Recruiter, you will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership across the organization to understand business needs, develop pipeline strategies, and ensure a seamless, high-quality candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a sales and high-growth environment

  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for high-volume roles, particularly sales and revenue-generating positions

  • Experience leveraging AI-powered recruiting tools and automation to support sourcing, screening, and pipeline management

  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously, including high-volume requisitions

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, and recruiting analytics platforms

  • High level of professionalism and strong attention to detail

Core Duties:

  • Source and engage high-quality candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, networking events, referrals, social media, and AI-enabled sourcing platforms

  • Recruit for both business-critical and high-volume sales roles, ensuring speed, quality, and consistency

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand organizational needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities

  • Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

  • Ensure an excellent, inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

  • Create and present recruitment reports, metrics, and insights to stakeholders

  • Stay up to date with recruiting best practices, market trends, and emerging AI technologies in talent acquisition
