About the Company

We’re building infrastructure that makes healthcare innovation easier. Our customers already serve 3+ million patients and manage $15+ billion in annual medical spend. Today, we work with leading healthcare groups backed by top Silicon Valley investors such as Sequoia, General Catalyst, Y Combinator, Kleiner Perkins, Stanford, Khosla Ventures, and others. Our mission is to enable more innovation in healthcare—so more patients receive affordable care.

About the Team

We’re a tight-knit team that’s driven to move fast and take on some of the biggest problems in healthcare and ultimately improve patient lives.

About the Role

As our business grows, we're looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to help our Partnerships team run efficiently as we scale.

In this role, you'll handle the day-to-day operational work behind each deal — researching prospective clients, preparing materials ahead of discovery calls, running diligence and screening on incoming bookings, coordinating follow-ups, and keeping the backend of the pipeline clean and on time.

You'll work closely with our Account Executives and cross-functional teams — including Client Success, Compliance Ops, and BizOps — to make sure prospects move through the pipeline smoothly and hand off cleanly to onboarding.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on operational rigor, enjoys working behind the scenes to keep complex workflows on track, and wants to play a meaningful role in how a fast-growing healthtech company scales its partnerships function.

What You’ll Own:

  • Serve as an operational partner to the Partnerships team, ensuring pipeline tasks and timelines move forward smoothly.

  • Run the back-end of the deals channel — build decks, manage follow-ups, handle inbound email and references, and keep deal documentation organized.

  • Answer some inbound phone calls and respond to text messages from prospects.

  • Process incoming bookings end to end: work through the diligence and screening research, then decide the right next step.

  • Research prospective clients ahead of discovery calls — pulling together relevant context on their business, clinical model, and compliance needs, and reviewing diligence and screening research.

  • Prepare and organize materials, templates, and documentation to support partnership conversations and deal closures.

  • Track and manage follow-up tasks across active prospects, ensuring next steps are completed on schedule.

  • Coordinate with Client Success, Compliance Ops, and BizOps to resolve pre-close blockers and support smooth handoffs to onboarding.

  • Drive Partnerships projects that create leverage for the team — improving CRM hygiene, setting up case studies, and building new sales enablement material.

  • Maintain strong attention to detail across documentation, deal tracking, and internal processes.

  • Identify operational bottlenecks in the partnerships workflow and contribute to improving internal processes over time.

About You

Core Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, project management, support, or similar roles where you've demonstrated strong execution and attention to detail. Backgrounds in RevOps, Sales Ops, Growth Ops, or Sales Enablement are especially relevant.

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

  • Operationally excellent, with a high daily output and precision in execution.

  • Strong attention to detail, independence, and good judgment, with a track record of getting the details right.

What You Bring

  • Energy and drive; you have a hunger for self-improvement and want to be around the most talented teammates who push you to do so. (Kobe said it best.)

  • Excited by a fast-paced, startup culture where you'll navigate ambiguity and solve big problems, with very high autonomy.

  • Talent for identifying process improvement opportunities and creative ways to better structure operations.

  • An interest in Sales / GTM / Growth is a plus — this role is ops-first, but it sits close to the commercial engine and offers a strong path for someone who wants to grow in that direction.

  • Interest in working in healthcare and helping healthcare innovation flourish.

  • Fully committed to a single full-time role (our compensation reflects this to ensure focus).

What We Offer

  • Highly competitive salary and stock option grants (we want you to share in our growth).

  • Compassionate, fun, and mission-driven culture of excellence and innovation. (We help companies bring new life-changing therapies into the world.)

  • Many growth and advancement opportunities (company is regularly doubling, so there are many opportunities to step up).

  • Work from home, remote job, with flexibility.

  • Paid holidays and vacation time; paid sick time.

  • HMO coverage; we prioritize your health and well-being.

  • Culture of mentorship, learning, independence, and critical thinking.

  • This role operates in Eastern Time (EST) hours.
