You’ll play an important role in helping daily operations run smoothly while supporting both customers and internal teams.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable speaking with customers, and confident working independently in a remote environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling inbound and outbound customer communication
- Following up on invoices and payment collections
- Supporting daily operational coordination and inventory tracking
- Responding to emails and customer inquiries
- Assisting with sales outreach and lead follow-up
- Updating customer records and operational systems
- Coordinating information across teams and locations
- Supporting social media and marketplace outreach efforts
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting
