Sales & Marketing Coordinator - B2B EdTech SaaS (Spanish/English)

We are an EdTech/HRTech company looking for a driven sales and marketing professional to contribute to our ongoing growth. The primary goal of this position is to increase the number of leads in our pipeline, primarily through the coordination of marketing efforts and focused outbound. The second aspect is to nurture leads into opportunities; sending resources, emailing check-ins, inviting to webinars, setting up consultations with our founder. The third aspect is to help manage opportunities into closed deals, in partnership with our experienced consultative experts.

We are based in the USA, but are seeking a bilingual professional in Latin America to expand reach.  Please submit resume and cover letter in English.

Assessment Systems Corporation (ASC) is a leading provider of robust web-based assessment platforms built upon leading-edge psychometric science and best practices.  Our mission is to improve career and educational opportunities by modernizing the assessment design and delivery process at organizations that administer tests. We only work with "real" exams; that is, no psychology midterms at your local univeristy, but rather Certification, Licensure, Pre-Employment, University Admissions/Placement, K-12 benchmark.  Our software is B2B or B2Gov, so the sales cycle is long but high-value. Minimum cost of the software is $6000.

Responsibilities:

Marketing

• Maintain a strong presence on social media with your account, to grow personal brand
• DM potential leads on LinkedIn, but never to sell, only to share information
• Support our podcast and YouTube channel by scheduling interviews, editing video, and posting
• Contribute to email marketing and blog posts
• Help manage our Wordpress website (no coding, but things like SEO or updating content)
• Develop and post content to company LinkedIn account (e.g., make carousel using a template)
• Improve our backlink profile
• Help leadership get on podcasts or other exposure
• Analyze metrics and reports
• Help develop a marketing plan, including messaging and tactics

Outbound

• Reach out to our database of 15k past inbound leads (downloaded free materials from our website)
• Source new opportunities on LinkedIn, with a very soft approach, typically recommending free resources; this is very focused to our niche market, it is NOT like cold calling or emailing every person in a country about real estate
• Work on lists of contacts that we have pulled from competitor websites that list their clients

Inbound

• Qualify inbound leads
• Schedule demonstrations
• Answer questions about our software products and consulting services
• Recognize the need to bring in additional expertise from other team members
• Provide pricing proposals; informal for smaller deals, lengthy/formal for larger deals
• Consistently follow up with leads to determine if valid opportunity or not

Administrative

• Manage pipeline
• Log all revenue opportunities in the CRM
• Report to management weekly
• Achieve quarterly and annual goals

Requirements:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• At least 2 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales or digital marketing, preferably in Education, Test Prep, HR/training, or other related area
• C1 or better English, especially writing
• Experience with relevant technology in marketing and sales
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Suite

Preferred

• Experience with Zoho CRM and Campaigns
• Experience in writing blog posts
• Strong professional social media presence
• Experience in education, human resources, or training
• Strong initiative, able to work independently in a fully remote company
• Desire to learn and update job knowledge 

Additional Information:

This is a fully remote position, reporting to the CEO (founder-led growth).
This position has no supervisory responsibility.
This can be a full-time or part-time position.
Work hours are typically Monday through Friday, standard workday in local time.
