Sales Manager (NPL)

We are looking for an experienced and well-connected Sales Manager to drive the acquisition of unsecured retail NPL portfolios in the Romanian market. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a strong network in the local collections industry and a proven track record in sourcing and closing NPL deals.

You will play a key role in expanding our presence in Romania by building strategic partnerships, presenting our cooperation models, and securing new portfolio acquisitions. The position offers a high level of ownership, clear performance targets, and the opportunity to directly impact business growth in a dynamic and fast-evolving market.

Main Responsibilities:

- Acquisition of unsecured retail NPL portfolios.
- Presentation of the company’s cooperation models: commission-based collection (pre-legal and legal collection).
- Active networking in the Romanian collections market, participation in industry events, and professional communities.
- End-to-end coordination of contract signing.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in acquiring portfolios for pre-legal or legal debt collection, and/or buying/selling NPL portfolios.
- An active professional network and direct contacts with key players in the Romanian collections market, enabling accelerated acquisition of NPL portfolios.
- Fluency in Romanian and English.
- Location in Bucharest and readiness for business travel.
