Join our European Sales Team and play a key role in expanding our customer portfolio within the MedTech and pharmaceutical industry.
As Sales Manager (m/w/d), you will identify and acquire new customers, develop existing business relationships and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will have the opportunity to shape business growth in a dynamic, international environment while working with innovative products and solutions.
Identify, approach and acquire new customers within defined target markets and industries
Analyze market trends, customer needs and business opportunities
Build and develop a strong sales pipeline to support sustainable growth
Generate new business opportunities and convert them into long-term customer relationships
Develop existing customer relationships and identify growth opportunities
Drive cross-selling and upselling initiatives across products and services
Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews
Act as a trusted partner and advisor to customers
Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, pricing and contract terms
Manage sales opportunities from initial contact through successful closing
Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of business opportunities
Maintain complete and transparent customer documentation in the CRM system
Work closely with Customer Service, Operations, Project Management and other internal stakeholders
Coordinate customer requirements and support successful project execution
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the entire customer journey
Support problem-solving and escalation management when required
Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events and customer meetings
Deliver professional customer presentations and business discussions
Strengthen the company's market presence and industry network
Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a comparable qualification
Minimum 5 years of successful B2B sales experience
Ideally experience within:
MedTech
Pharmaceutical Packaging
CDMO / Contract Manufacturing
Life Sciences
or another highly regulated industry
Proven success in new business acquisition and customer development
Experience in commercial negotiations and contract management
Strong CRM and MS Office skills
Business fluent German and English
Willingness to travel extensively across Europe (up to 70%)
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to win new business
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong customer focus and relationship-building capabilities
High level of initiative, resilience and ownership
Structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working
Confident communication in international environments
