Colonial Surety Company is searching for a Sales Manager to recruit and manage a sales team in the Northeast and other remote locations.
The requirements include significant direct B2B field sales management. The ideal candidate must have an entrepreneurial spirit, strong leadership skills, proficiency with technology, effective sales activity skills, and a proven track record of success. Experience or familiarity with financial statements is also required.
You will be responsible for building an on-site and remote team of contract surety field producers.
While experience in contract surety and a college degree are preferred, it is not required.
A robust compensation package that includes salary, commission, and bonus.
The selected candidate will be expected to self-generate business during your training process, as you recruit a sales team.
