The Sales Manager will hold full sales responsibility for Extrusion Coatings products in France and BeNeLux, focusing on growing profitable business by supporting existing and potential customers. Key duties include developing solutions to increase profitable sales, acquiring new clients prioritizing value over volume, monitoring market trends, introducing new products, handling claims, and managing budgets.

Mondi FPF is the acknowledged European market leader in extrusion coating and extrusion laminating. The Sales Manager will have the responsibility to grow profitable business in Extrusion Coatings in existing and new customers in France and BeNeLux.
Your mission:
- Full sales responsibility for Extrusion Coatings products in the region.
- Support existing and potential customers.
- Develop solutions to increase profitable sales and acquire new clients, prioritising value over volume.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity; communicate insights.
- Introduce new products to grow sales and enhance solu-tions.
- Handle claims and coordinate responses.
- Prepare, monitor, and follow up on budgets and forecasts.
- Collaborate with plant Market Support teams to optimise customer supply chains.
Your profile:
- Sales professional with proven track record, ideally in extrusion coating, technical films consumer packaging, converting, film or paper.
- Experience in developing new markets and customers.
- An autonomous, adaptable individual with the ability to work efficiently with senior management, production operatives, and customers.
- Business (and/or technical) education, at least passed with Bachelor degree level.
- Fluent in English, other languages an advantage.
- Flexibilty to travel up to 50%.
