As we continue expanding globally, we're looking for an exceptional Sales Funnel Conversion Specialist to optimize every stage of our customer journey and help more people discover products and services that positively impact their lives.
This isn't a traditional funnel builder role.
We're not looking for someone who simply connects forms, edits pages, or launches campaigns.
We're looking for someone who understands customer psychology.

You'll become one of the key people responsible for improving how customers discover, engage with, trust, and ultimately purchase from Human Intelligence.
You'll work alongside Marketing, Sales, Product, Design, Copywriting, AI Engineering, Automation, Operations, and Executive Leadership to continuously improve every stage of the customer experience.

Location: Fully Remote
Time Commitment: Full-Time
USD $1,500–$2,200 per month, depending on experience, conversion optimization capability, AI proficiency, funnel expertise, and overall alignment with the role.

You'll combine customer psychology, analytics, experimentation, AI, UX thinking, copy optimization, marketing automation, and conversion strategy to continually improve business performance.
This is an AI-first role.
You'll actively use AI to analyze customer behavior, generate optimization ideas, improve copy, test hypotheses, identify friction points, and accelerate experimentation.

In addition to your monthly retainer, you'll be eligible for performance incentives of up to 10% of revenue generated, based on measurable business outcomes, including:
Compensation reviews are conducted following successful completion of the probationary period and are based on sustained performance, measurable business impact, leadership, and increased responsibility.
